I have to say that this is one of the coolest posts that I have seen.Or in a more academic tone:The postmodern display of fragments of identity positioned in a manner that removes historicity, memory and distance provides a platform where the message is communicated in a manner that allows for ease of consumption.Or in a more personal tone:I <3 J-I-M-B-O
This is really fun Jim--I've gotta say reading multimodal pieces is always more fun from a teacher's perspective....maybe this is why comp is trying to shift to multimodality, it makes grader more pleasureable :) This serves as a great summary of the different articles and does put them into a visual conversation. I am curious what your thoughts on these articles are, that is, do you think our student's conceptions of plagiarism are changing? Do you think we need to rethink delivery in the face of digital spaces? Just curious. No need to answer these here, just something to think about.Still, thanks for this. I love the headshots too, it cracks me up.
